I've always been fascinated by how people communicate with computers. I really do believe that when used responsibly, technology can empower users and change lives.
In the past 20 years I've been a Software Developer, Teacher and Coffee Roaster (everyone needs a hobby) but it wasn’t until I began working in the field of digital accessibility that a lot of seemingly separate skills came together (except for maybe the coffee thing).
In recent years I've been fortunate to work with industry giants like Disney, Apple and Samsung as well as just about every branch of the UK Public Sector. It's not all about the big names, I'm just as grateful for being able to lead AV production for my church and I'm involved in a number of local charities like Tio Associates, CATNA and Off Message.
