		<description>Rather than listing &#039;free Wi-Fi&#039; you should look at the quality of Wi-Fi, I would and many like me prefer to pay £1/£2 for a reliable secure connection rather than a &#039;Free&#039; service that crashes and is unsecured.

Of course - the ideal would be Free, Reliable and secure !</description>
